We do not provide legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice of any kind. By using our platform and services, you acknowledge that you are purchasing software tools and technical infrastructure, not professional legal or financial services. You accept full and complete responsibility for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

You accept full legal responsibility for how you use our platform and for any products, businesses, or blockchain ventures you build using our services. This includes complete responsibility for any smart contracts, tokens, decentralized applications, or other creations you deploy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that everything you build complies with applicable securities laws, money transmission regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and any other legal framework in your jurisdiction. We bear no responsibility for any losses, penalties, legal actions, or regulatory consequences that arise from your use of our platform.

Before launching any blockchain product, token, exchange, DeFi application, or any other venture using our platform, you MUST seek qualified legal and compliance professionals. This is not optional — it is a requirement. The regulatory landscape for blockchain and cryptocurrency is complex, evolving, and varies dramatically between jurisdictions. Launching a blockchain product without proper legal guidance can result in severe penalties, regulatory enforcement actions, civil liability, and criminal prosecution. We strongly urge you to consult with attorneys, compliance specialists, and regulatory experts who specialize in blockchain and cryptocurrency law in your target jurisdiction before spending any money on or deploying any product through our platform.

Our platform and services are provided strictly as-is, without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or completely free of bugs. We make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any generated code, smart contracts, business plans, or other outputs. We specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use our platform entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, or issues in any code or smart contracts generated through our platform.

All outputs generated by our AI systems are automated and are not reviewed by legal professionals, compliance experts, or qualified auditors. This includes smart contracts, token code, business plans, documentation, and any other content we generate. AI systems can make errors, produce outputs that contain bugs or vulnerabilities, and generate content that does not meet your specific requirements or comply with applicable law. You must have all AI-generated content reviewed by qualified professionals before using it in any production environment or deploying it on any blockchain. We are not liable for any bugs, vulnerabilities, regulatory issues, or other problems that arise from AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoForge AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, penalties, legal actions, regulatory consequences, or any other harm of any kind arising from your use of our platform or services. This includes but is not limited to: direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; reputational harm; or any financial or legal consequence. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater. This limitation applies regardless of whether any claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

All payments made to CryptoForge AI are payments for software licenses and technical services, not for financial, legal, or compliance services. Payments are non-refundable once access to our platform or services has been granted. This includes but is not limited to: one-time purchases, subscription fees, credits, add-ons, and any other charges. Once we have delivered access to our platform or services, we do not provide refunds regardless of whether you use the services or whether the services meet your expectations. We strongly recommend that you carefully evaluate our platform through any free trials or demonstrations before making any purchase.

Credits purchased through our platform expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. Expired credits cannot be reinstated, recovered, or refunded. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other user or account. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. We reserve the right to modify the credits system, including expiration policies, at any time with thirty (30) days notice. If you have questions about your credits balance or expiration, contact us before the expiration date. We are not responsible for expired credits or any consequences arising from expired credits.

You own all intellectual property rights in and to the products, businesses, tokens, smart contracts, and other creations you build using our platform. However, CryptoForge AI retains all intellectual property rights in and to our platform, software, algorithms, AI systems, branding, and any improvements or modifications we make to our services. This includes but is not limited to: our code, our design systems, our AI models, our documentation, and our proprietary technology. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in our platform or services beyond the limited license to use our platform as described herein.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but not limited to termination for: abuse of our platform or services; violation of these terms; illegal activity; regulatory enforcement actions; failure to comply with applicable laws; harassment or threats against our team; attempts to breach or circumvent our security; or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, any credits, or any purchased services. Termination does not entitle you to any refund. We may also report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

These terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Given the global nature of blockchain and cryptocurrency, we have not locked these terms to any specific jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, or in the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts for any purpose related to these terms or our services.
