Payment data is processed through Stripe — we do not store your full card details on our servers. We also collect usage data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. If you use our AI builder, prompts you submit may be logged for service improvement. Trade history from our demo exchange is stored temporarily to power the simulation experience. Additionally, credit purchase history and expiry dates are stored and linked to your account.

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain our platform, process payments through Stripe, improve our AI models and services, send transactional emails regarding your account and orders, and provide customer support. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to analyze platform performance and develop new features.

We share your payment information with Stripe to process transactions. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, such as cloud infrastructure providers, under confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Account data is retained while your account remains active and for 90 days after account deletion. Demo exchange session data is stored for 7 days before being permanently deleted. Payment records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with financial regulations. When data is deleted, it is removed from our active systems though backup copies may persist for a limited period.

Prompts you submit to our AI builder may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate the requested content. These providers may process and retain your inputs according to their own privacy policies. We recommend not submitting sensitive personal data through the AI builder. Generated content belongs to you, though any code or materials created may be subject to the license terms of the underlying AI model.

Purchase history, remaining credits, and expiry dates are stored in your account. Credits typically expire within 12 months of purchase if unused. We reserve the right to modify credit expiration policies with 30 days notice. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to reasonable security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of your data.

Users in the European Economic Area have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to erasure, data portability, and the right to restrict processing.
